After completion of measurements, you will receive as-built drawings in pdf and CAD formats for your use. During the Design Development stage we build a 3D Model which allows our clients to better visualize the proposed design of the space. We then create color renderings (realistic picture like images) of the spaces by showing them from different angles for the client to know what exactly they are going to look and to feel like.  The images of the approved design are also used during the construction phase allowing trades and a general contractor to see many details in 3D as an addition to the standard set of construction drawings to minimize the amount of possible mistakes from the very beginning of the construction.
